I am an integrative practitioner in psychotherapy and the Comprehensive Resource Model, with experience particularly in the fields of drug and alcohol misuse and domestic violence.  I have a private practice called True Connections whereby I treat clients from all walks of life and who present with conditions from workplace stress to severe trauma.  I am also experienced in the treatment of anxiety, depression, bipolar, OCD, body dysmorphic disorder, personality disorders, phobias, dissociative disorders, PTSD, childhood trauma and other mental illnesses.

I am a systemic family therapist and an integrative psychotherapist with over 20 years experience. I have a full time private practice in east London (zone 1 & 2). I work with adolescents and adult individuals as well as couples & families providing short & long term therapy.

I work with clients who either have mild issues or suffer from prolonged mental health, relationship issues, multiple diagnoses and addictions. I have thousands of hours of clinical practice working in various settings that include short and long term work. As a therapist specialising in couple and trauma therapy I also provide individual/group supervision, study groups, mentoring, consultations to organisations and organise/facilitate CRM trainings in the UK.

Each of us is a unique individual so every session is adapted to the person’s needs by integrating various and creaive styles of therapy. My non-judgemental, respectful and confidential environment with emphasis on deep empathy and honesty, hopefully will allow you to feel safe and address various fears. I see myself as a challenging, flexible and grounded therapist who has a wealth of experience and the clients’ best interest at heart. Together we can explore your thoughts, feelings and physical sensations that underpin patterns of behaviour that you didn’t like or may even have been consciously aware of.
