Having access to the powerful subtle tools of yoga and CRM® can enhance client outcomes and provide the therapist with even more options for working towards wholeness. Both CRM® and Yoga have as their first principle the idea that healing is a return to a state of wholeness. This turning back to Self and Source can take many sessions, years of practice, processing and integration of the gains made in therapy and yoga. Combining the two philosophies and subtle tools may enhance the possibility for physiological and psychological change, and offer different and complimentary “ways in” to the healing power of the internal technologies of the body, energy system, mind and soul.

Join Tara for an exploration of the ways she integrates these two systems in both her individual psychotherapy sessions and group yoga classes.

What you will learn:

• Understand how yoga philosophy conceptualizes what constitutes the layers of our being
• Recognize these layers and compare and contrast how CRM® and Yoga both address them to bring us closer to integration/wholeness
• Understand the powerful “subtle tools” of yoga and CRM®
• Recognize yoga and CRM® as “energy work”
• Understand how yoga is primarily a psychological philosophy with powerful, practical tools working on the subtle body
• Compare and contrast how the physiological and psychological symptoms of trauma are addressed with yogic and CRM® tools
• Understand how to integrate some of the tools of yoga into a CRM® session
• Understand how to integrate the tools of CRM® into a yoga practice
• Experience a short yoga practice integrating CRM® principles and tools

CRM® Trainings are intended exclusively for professionals who are trained, licensed mental health professionals (i.e. counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, Community Psychiatric Nurses, etc.). By signing up for the training, you will confirm that this is applicable to you.  If you are currently a student and interested in attending a CRM training you will be welcome to join us upon receiving your license to practice but no active students are qualified to attend a CRM® training.

By registering for this training you agree to the following cancellation policy:
“In case of written cancellation of the contract up to 2 months prior to the training, I will be refunded the full seminar fee minus an administrative fee of $30. In case of cancellation up to 1 months prior, I will be refunded 50% of the seminar fee. In case of later cancellation or not showing up, I must pay the full seminar fee unless I provide a substitute.  If CRM LLC® cancels I am entitled to a full refund of registration fees or a transfer to a future CRM® training.“
