We are offering a new series of webinars at a discounted rate for anyone interested in attending and you do not need any previous CRM® experience to join these webinars.
The first is Breathing Exercises for Daily Life during which an array of breathwork techniques will be taught for use at various times and for a variety of purposes throughout every day challenges and situations.  Whether it’s starting your day in a firmly resourced state of be-ing or enhancing your toolset to manage life’s stressors and anxieties, you will learn new and simple ways of approaching and transforming old patterns of thinking and feeling.  Discerning the most effective time and reasoning for each specific technique, as well as methods to combine different breathing exercises, will be outlined.
