Complaint Policy and Guidelines
If you have concerns about a workshop, its content, the level of the presentation or the facilities in which we held the workshop, please tell us about it. We ask that you put your concerns in writing to help us better resolve all the issues involved. And be sure to tell us what you would like us to do to make you more comfortable! Our resolution might include:
- Scheduling you for another workshop
- Providing you with a credit for another workshop
- Providing you with a partial or full refund of the workshop fee.
If you have concerns about a speaker or presenter, the content presented in the workshop or the style of presentation, we would appreciate your discussing this with us. If your concerns involve a course for which CE’s are provided, you may also contact the Continuing Education Administration Director for R. Cassidy Seminars, P.O. Box 14473, Santa Rosa, CA 95402.
If you have concerns specifically about our CE program, in a specific regard, the Continuing Education Administration Director will attempt to arbitrate.
Participants of approved continuing education courses by The New Jersey State Board of Social Work Examiners have the option to appeal to the Board if an attendee is displeased with the results of the process. Phone: 973-504-6495.
We understand that life can occasionally interfere with our plans. The nature of our work is such that it may be beneficial to bring personal problems or concerns into our training sessions to work on them! We know, however, that this may not be possible.
If for whatever reason the trainer cancels the training attendees will automatically receive a full refund.
If you need to cancel your registration, a full refund will be given up to 14 days before the training dates.
