I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in both California and Arizona and have been practicing for over 14 years. I use a wholistic approach to healing that includes mind, body and spirit.
Whether it’s little “t” trauma, or big “T” Trauma, unresolved trauma can show up as anxiety, depression, addictions, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsiveness, anger issues, physical complaints, and relationship issues. Trauma can also be passed down from your parents and grandparents. You do not have to live with the effects of trauma for the rest of your life! CRM is one of the healing modalities that can help you process and ultimately release the trauma from your mind, body and spirit. When this happens, you no longer have to manage your symptoms, they are gone! This allows the real you to shine through! You will still have the actual memory, but no longer feel the intense emotions, thoughts and reactions linked to that memory.
I also have additional training in other therapy models including Rapid Resolution Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, Play therapy for children, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, and The Developmental Model of Couples Therapy.
“Fear is the energy which contracts, closes down, draws in, runs, hides, hoards, harms.
Love is the energy which expands, opens up, sends out, stays, reveals, shares, heals.
Fear wraps our bodies in clothing, Love allows us to stand naked. Fear clings to and clutches all that we have, Love gives all that we have away. Fear holds close, Love holds dear. Fear grasps, Love lets go. Fear rankles, Love soothes. Fear attacks, Love amends.
Every thought, word, or deed is based in one of these emotions.”
