Biography

I initially trained at the University of Edinburgh in both Person Centred and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. Since then, my training has included Lisa Schwarz’s CRM models of Basic Training, as well as the Advanced trainings of Core Self, Generational, and the Intensive.

I have an extensive combined experience across the mental health sector with In Care Survivors Scotland and Open Secret; in education with Place2Be; in the voluntary sector with Lifeline Pregnancy and Counselling Care, and in my private practice in Edinburgh, as well as the Borders.

Experience and Specialities

My experience in practising CRM with clients, and in receiving it for myself, is that it works. Through the super strong multiple layers of internal resourcing that you will be learning and practising, allowing access to those deep wounded parts that need to share their story and be released from looping round your ‘system’ in the way that has influenced and limited your life so far. CRM addresses all your obstacles to healing, those parts of you that fear the work, or fear what happens to them if you begin the process of healing. I believe that CRM provides you with the opportunity for working towards your highest health and potential.
