I specialize in working with couples and survivors of trauma. I have worked with trauma survivors throughout my work as a therapist and am continually humbled by the tragedies folks can heal from. As a trained CRM clinician, I have seen the transformative impact it can have on healing individuals and couples dealing with PTSD and trauma. And how healing those old wound can bring loved ones closer together.

Biography

I am a craniosacral therapist and HHP with certification and training in both Biodynamic/Upledger CranioSacral therapy, and in EFT, CRM, BSP, nutrition, energy work, self-regulation, SPD strategies, Creative Learning and trauma resolution. I hold a CA teaching credential and Masters degree.

I so enjoy what I do and am always excited about working with people who are open to making changes and who want to be empowered in their Health and their lives. The training in BSP was helpful in reaching these goals.

Now CRM is even more powerful as a system to empower my clients. I have over forty years of consulting, research, and teaching that includes college, secondary, and alternative health. In past years, I’ve been an Art, ESL, Speech instructor, Reiki teacher, communications consultant, professional artist and Theater director in community college and secondary school. Integrated with this experience is my early and current training in energy work, learning from pioneers in the field in the early eighties to those in the present.

I’ve studied with Lisa Schwarz, Peter Levine, Stephen Porges, Robert Scaer, and others. With my own ongoing research, I continually learn new and exciting techniques in several schools of craniosacral training, brain curriculum, and quantum energy work as well.
